Clubhouse Rentals and Access Card Information

If you are seeking a facility access card or to inquire about renting the clubhouse at the Avelar Creek CDD, please contact the Clubhouse Coordinator at avelarcreekcdd@gmail.com or (813) 680-0839. Please do not contact the offices of HOA or District Manager as they do not have the ability to assist you with these two matters.

Office hours are on Tuesday & Thursday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
